Return Policy

If you send an item back, please enclose the returns form in your returning parcel. All item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Satin Lined Luxury Hoodies tags attached. Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled returns will not be accepted. When returning items, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. It will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund. 

We will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our address. Within 14 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. To send the item back please fill in the return form you received with your order and send it back to the relevant address. Instructions on how to send it are on the return form (see below).

 

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All products must have all original Satin Lined Luxury Hoodie tags still attached.
  • Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
  • Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping
  • The product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.

 

If you do not like your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail to our warehouse or it can be returned to one of our physical selling points. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn and unwashed products (other than to try the product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you).  Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and attached.
